1Do they run big or small?
They are cut for a relaxed, boxy fit and most people take their usual size. If you want a more oversized look, size up one.

3How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free worldwide. Each order is made for you in 7 to 10 business days, then ships with tracking. Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days after shipping. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
4Will I have to pay customs or duties?
Some countries charge import taxes or ask for a personal ID or tax code. If yours does, add it at checkout so your package is not held at customs.
5What if my order arrives damaged?
Email clear photos of the item and the packaging to [your email] within 48 hours of delivery and we will sort out a replacement or refund.
6How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with the zipper closed. Hang to dry to keep the fleece soft and the details sharp.
